REFUND & RETURN POLICY

1. Digital Downloads

Because digital music can be accessed immediately after purchase, digital downloads are generally non-refundable once the download has been accessed or made available for download, except where required by applicable law.

If you experience a problem downloading or accessing a purchased file, please email contact@splendidaire.com. We will make reasonable efforts to help resolve the issue, including providing a replacement download when appropriate.

2. Physical Merchandise

We accept returns or provide replacements for physical products that arrive:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

  • Substantially different from the product described on the website

Please email contact@splendidaire.com as soon as reasonably possible after receiving your order.

Please include your order number and, if applicable, photographs showing the damage or issue.

3. Items Damaged During Shipping

If your merchandise arrives damaged, please contact us promptly so we can determine the appropriate resolution.

Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, refund, or other reasonable resolution.

4. Change-of-Mind Returns

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, we generally do not accept returns simply because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong item, or no longer want the product.

Limited-edition products may be subject to additional restrictions, which will be disclosed on the product page when applicable.

5. Refunds

If a refund is approved, the refund will generally be issued to the original payment method.

Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

6. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel a physical-product order, contact us as soon as possible at contact@splendidaire.com.

We cannot guarantee that an order can be cancelled once it has been shipped or otherwise processed.

Digital purchases generally cannot be cancelled once the digital product has been made available or accessed, except where required by applicable law.
