“Leave A Light On” is the second single from Splendidaire, a new music project by singer-songwriter Sheng Moua. It was written about knowing when you’re going to lose someone, but you’re not ready to let them go. It’s about sleepless nights, things left unsaid, and wishing you had more time. The light at the door is love, hope, and holding on, even when you know someone can’t come back. It’s a song for anyone who’s ever wished they could keep a little piece of someone with them forever.
